This is dependant on your passport. Those with American passports will not need a visa.

UK, Hong Kong & EU citizens will need an ETA (electronic travel authorization) in order to enter. But fret not, it's super easy!

Use the link below to apply for an ETA. It costs $7 CAD, typically takes a couple minutes and is valid for up to 5 years. We recommend applying a few weeks in advance just to be safe!

There will be shuttle services departing from The Fairmont. More information about transportation arrangements will be shared closer to the wedding date, so stay tuned for updates!

Whilst we love all the little kiddos, we've opted for an adults-only wedding. We hope you understand our decision and can arrange childcare for the evening. If you have any concerns or special circumstances, please don't hesitate to contact us directly to discuss further!

If you do decide to bring your kids and make a holiday out of it, Babysitting Whistler come personally recommended as the best in town and at a reasonable rate. 

They also offer a multitude of activities too do with your kids, such as nature walks, swimming, bike riding, etc.. 

Whistler is an incredibly walkable town and the village itself is essentially car-free, so you don't need to rent a car. We do, however, recommend renting bikes to get from the hotel to the various lakes, as it's a great way to explore the town.
